Family Journey

The Family Journey Program is a comprehensive two-year transitional housing initiative designed to support single mothers and their children as they navigate the path to independent living. Our program provides a supportive environment where these families can stabilize their lives, rebuild their confidence, and develop the skills necessary for long-term success.

Target Participants:

  • Single mothers who have custody of their minor children.
  • Participants are typically those facing imminent homelessness, escaping unsafe domestic situations, or struggling with significant financial hardships.

Program Duration:

  • Participants can stay in the program for up to two years, with the possibility of extending support based on individual needs and progress.
  • A formal recertification process is required annually to assess ongoing eligibility and to review the participant’s progress toward independent living.

Senior Housing

The Senior Living Program is a dedicated housing initiative designed to provide comfortable, and supportive living environments for individuals aged 62 and older. Our program fosters a community where seniors can enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle, surrounded by peers and supported by services tailored to their unique needs.

Target Participants:

  • Seniors aged 62 or older who are seeking affordable housing.
  • Residents must be able to live independently or with minimal assistance, and they must meet income requirements as part of the eligibility criteria.

Program Duration:

  • Residency in the Senior Housing Program is ongoing, with an annual recertification process to ensure that participants continue to meet income requirements.

Veteran Housing

The Veteran Housing Program is dedicated to providing veterans with secure, affordable housing that honors their service and meets their unique needs. Understanding the challenges many veterans face, such as adjusting to civilian life, managing health conditions, and finding stable employment, our housing options offer more than just a place to live—they provide a supportive environment where veterans can rebuild their lives and regain their independence.

Target Participants:

  • The program is open to all veterans who have served in any branch of the military.
  • Participants must meet income requirements as part of the eligibility criteria.
