Family Journey
Family Journey is a two-year transitional program for single moms and their children on the path to independent living. Single moms often come to us on the brink of homelessness. Many are escaping bad relationships or drowning in debt as they struggle to provide for the basic life needs of their children.
About the Program:
- Single moms with children in their custody
- Maximum 2 year stay in the program
- Recertification required each year

Our homes dedicated to senior and veteran housing are nestled in a friendly and accessible community.
About the Program:
- 62 years or older or veteran
- Recertification required each year
