Housing Programs

TMM is not an emergency shelter or a crisis center. If you are in a housing crisis, please contact the National Homelessness Hotline at 1-800-422-4673 or dial 2-1-1 for local emergency resources.

Who We Help:
A fresh start through stability.

TMM provides affordable housing and career support for individuals and families who are currently stable but struggling to find a permanent home. We are a bridge to self-sufficiency for those ready to work hard and change their financial future.

Through stability coaching and long-term support, we help each household maintain housing and avoid returning to crisis.

  • Families: We help parents secure a stable home so their children can grow up in a safe, consistent environment.
  • Veterans: We provide long-term housing and access to essential support services if needed to help veterans achieve stability and independence.
  • Seniors: We ensure our older neighbors have a clean, quiet, and affordable place to live within a supportive community.
  • Individuals in Transition: For those actively taking steps toward stability, we offer the steady foundation needed to keep moving forward.

Two ways we help you succeed.

  1. Mastering Self-Sufficiency
We don’t just open the door; we help you keep it open. Our residents participate in programs focused on home maintenance and financial literacy, ensuring they have the tools to manage a household and never face eviction again.
  2. Career & Resource Integration
Our on-campus center is designed to remove the barriers to a better paycheck. We provide access to computer labs, job placement assistance, and help navigating logistics like childcare and transportation so you can focus on your professional growth. In addition, we will expand opportunities through partnerships with local workforce development programs, allowing participants to connect with specialized training, certifications, and employment pathways beyond what we provide on-site.

By focusing on job stability and financial education, we address the root causes of housing insecurity. We aren’t just providing a roof; we are strengthening our community, one family at a time.

Family Journey

The Family Journey Program is a comprehensive two-year transitional housing initiative designed to support single mothers and their children as they navigate the path to independent living. Our program provides a supportive environment where these families can stabilize their lives, rebuild their confidence, and develop the skills necessary for long-term success.

Target Participants:

  • Single mothers who have custody of their minor children.
  • Participants are typically those facing imminent homelessness, escaping unsafe domestic situations, or struggling with significant financial hardships.

Program Duration:

  • Participants can stay in the program for up to two years, with the possibility of extending support based on individual needs and progress.
  • A formal recertification process is required annually to assess ongoing eligibility and to review the participant’s progress toward independent living.
