Pathways to Employment: Free Workforce Development Series

TMM Family Services is excited to launch our Workforce Development Center with our first workshop series, Pathways to Employment.

This free, four-part series is designed to support individuals as they prepare for, find, and succeed in employment. Through hands-on guidance and practical tools, participants will build confidence, strengthen job readiness skills, and take meaningful steps toward long-term stability.

Workshop Dates (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM):

April 22, 2026 – Discover Your Strengths & Build Your Resume
April 29, 2026 – Job Search Strategies & Resume Building
May 6, 2026 – Interview Skills & Confidence Building
May 13, 2026 – Workplace Success & What Comes Next

Participants will receive support with resume development, job search strategies, interview preparation, and workplace success skills—all in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This series is free and open to both TMM residents and the broader community. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
